Honor Thy Sister
|
|
|
|
It’s 1978 in Murfreesboro, Tennessee, and Sally Ward, with a caring husband, two young children, and
a fulfilling job as a teacher, is content with her life. Then, her wayward sister, Merita, moves back home, and her world
is torn apart.
Merita, or Rita as she now likes to be called, apologizes for her past behavior, and for abandoning
the family. Sally accepts her apology, and is happy to have her sister back in her life. Then, when disaster strikes, Sally
must decide if she believes her sister was an innocent victim, or was the cause of the tragedy.

Another
great book! Reviewer:
A. Lewis, February 2, 2006 This book was just as good as the first one. It's got mystery and drama, romance and comedy. I read it
every chance I got and found it was hard to have to close the book and stop reading. Larry Buttram is a great author. His
books are easy to read and hard to put down. I'm looking forward to the next one. Honor Thy Sister Reviewer: Ronald L. VanDevander,
February 3, 2006 I
very much enjoyed "Honor Thy Sister." I thought the author developed the characters well and kept a level of suspense
throughout the book. The ending was a real surprise! I thought I had an idea of how things would turn out, but I was way off
- and really wowed! "Honor Thy Sister" was an excellent follow-up to the author's first book "False Witness."
However, each book could easily stand on its own. This is a great read!

I read
both of your books and enjoyed them very much. You left some things hanging at end of Honor Thy Sister. Will there
be another book?

Been meaning to write to
you, both my mother and I have read the new Book! Honor Thy Sister, and we both loved it! Hopefully you are working on another one, because we're anxious to read it! Keep up the good work!

When I went to bed, I was two pages away from the finish. I could not stand it
any longer and got out of bed and finished reading the last chapter. I was thrilled to see that it had all the same characters and then some new ones. I have grown to
really enjoy this family and am praying that it is not the end of them. I think not since Tommy and the Professor will need to find some women in their
life plus we need to know more about the baby. Plus
it will be interesting to see if little Emily receives more messages from God in her dreams about the future. I hope to read more about the Detective visiting again.
Thank you once again for keeping me sitting on the
edge trying to figure out the end.
